Reading over Reality

Sundays in Bed With…#MyWeeklyWrapUp [1]

My first Sunday in bed meme. Unfortunately, I won't be able to post the Wednesday meme. As a result, this is a close second. This meme dares to ask you what book has been in your bed this morning and is hosted by Midnight Book Girl. Come share what book you’ve spent your time reading in bed or wish you had time to read today.

What book are you spending your Sunday in bed with?

I’ll be spending my Sunday night in bed with Hunted by Darcy Coates. My mood seems to shift to mystery thrillers at the moment. The cover convinced me to pick up this book. The synopsis also intrigued me, promising a gripping plot with unexpected twists. I'm looking forward to diving into the story and uncovering its secrets.

Just Finished Reading

This week I have a week off, so I feel very fortunate. This gives me the opportunity to read for a moment. It was a good week for reading, I read about five books. The downside of next week is that I will be working almost all week. However, I plan to make the most of my night by reading and unwinding. I hope to maintain a balance between work and personal time, ensuring that I can still enjoy reading even during a busy week.

Reading Next

As for what book to read, I'm still debating. Three books were selected based on their short pages. Other books are lined up, but I don't know if I'll have time to read them. I’m leaning towards starting with the shortest one to see how it goes. If it’s engaging enough, I might finish it quickly and move on to the next. Otherwise, I’ll switch to something else from the pile.

The Last Renegade by Jo Goodman
What's a Ghoul to Do? by Victoria Laurie
Written in Red by Anne Bishop
